We want you to love your MIRA MORA experience. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return window
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Once approved, please ship the return within 7 days.

Eligibility

  • Unused, unopened, and in original condition
  • In the original packaging with safety seals/tags intact (if applicable)

Non-returnable (hygiene & safety)
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, or tampered skincare/beauty products. Personalized items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges
Fastest option: return the item (per steps below) and place a new order. We can also exchange for the same item if available.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. If eligible, we’ll replace or refund and cover return shipping when it’s our mistake.

How to start a return
Email support@miramora.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Return or exchange preference
  • Photos if damaged/incorrect
    Please wait for our confirmation with your RMA and the correct return address before sending anything back.

Return shipping & refunds

  • For change-of-mind/ordered-wrong-item returns, the customer pays return shipping.
  • Use a trackable method.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the item was damaged/incorrect).
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

Refused/undeliverable packages
If a parcel is refused or returned due to an incorrect/insufficient address or being unclaimed, reshipping costs are the customer’s responsibility; alternatively, we can refund minus shipping once the parcel is returned to us/our partner.
